Job Description
In this role, you will analyze insurance requests, navigate client applications, and ensure timely communication with customers.
Requirements: 6 months – 1 year of experience, basic insurance knowledge, typing skills (minimum 21 WPM), and flexibility to work night shifts and crises support.
Preferences: strong communication skills and a graduate degree with English as a compulsory subject. Availability Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST, with potential overtime.
