Job Description
Olivia Hospitality seeks a professional Guest Service Associate to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate will deliver warm, personalized service and promptly address guest needs to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Welcome and assist guests to create a positive atmosphere.
- Take orders and oversee timely food and beverage delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain smooth operations.
- Process billing and transactions in accordance with company standards.
- Gather and report guest feedback to support continuous improvement.
Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month | Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund | Location: On-site
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
