Job Description
Omnifin Solutions is excited to announce an opportunity for motivated finance professionals to become a part of our team as a CA/CMA Article. We are located in Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata.
Qualifications: Completion of CA Inter or CMA Inter is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business transactions for valuation purposes.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence along with qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify factors affecting valuations.
- Carry out in-depth economic and industry analyses.
- Develop financial models to establish valuations.
- Prepare valuation reports for diverse asset types.
Requirements: A foundational knowledge of finance, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a dedication to continuous learning.
