Job Description
Position Summary: The APAC Correspondent Lending Intern will play a vital role in reviewing closed loan files to ensure adherence to established approvals and regulatory requirements. This position entails verifying that the loan data in the Loan Origination System (LOS) corresponds accurately with documentation from correspondent lenders.
Job Functions and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities encompass reviewing loan documents for completeness and accuracy, identifying and adding suspense conditions for any noted deficiencies, and updating delivery data within the LOS. Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelines is preferred.
Education / Experience: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Work Schedule: Dayshift.
