Job Description
The Contracts Administrator position involves either a Deal Specialist or a Deal Manager role. This role is set in a multi-cultural environment covering various countries and multiple lines of business. The work is fast-paced and seasonal, aligning with Oracle’s quarterly and annual fiscal cycles.
A Deal Specialist is responsible for creating, validating, and processing contract documentation using Oracle’s standard document templates. This includes adhering to internal policies, engaging with various teams such as Finance and Legal, and managing compliance to mitigate corporate risk.
