Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Strategic Sourcing for Warehouse & Logistics to lead procurement strategy, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and cost optimization across warehousing and transportation. The role requires developing sourcing plans, managing vendor relationships, driving KPI improvements, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, and partnering with operations to secure capacity and service levels.
Qualifications: Minimum 8 years in logistics sourcing, strong negotiation and analytical skills, proven experience with RFP processes and contract management, and demonstrated cross-functional leadership. Must have a track record of reducing costs while maintaining service and quality, and deep expertise in freight, warehousing, and inventory strategies, along with excellent communication skills.
