Job Description
Ovum Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Public Relation Officer to manage daily operations and enhance patient experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct daily rounds and update patient complaints.
- Communicate outstanding bills to patients.
- Prepare and deliver discharge summaries.
- Explain Smile Stone packages to patients.
- Collect and present patient feedback.
- Manage room allocations and post-discharge preparations.
- Handle Birth Certificate registration.
- Resolve inpatient issues within 24 hours.
- Explain cash and credit patient packages.
- Ensure proper management of MRD files.
- Coordinate gifts for discharged patients.
- Assist with Baby Shower activities.
