Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Officer to join the Oxford International Education Group. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of customer support experience and must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Your main responsibilities will include responding to student applications, conducting interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with regional teams and partners. This role requires someone who is self-driven and organized.
Location: Mumbai. This is a full-time work-from-home position with a salary of ₹15,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month, plus health insurance benefits.
