Job Description
We invite you to become a part of our dynamic team at P9 Farms Private Limited, a premier organic milk supplier in Pune, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. We are looking for a full-time Customer Care Executive to efficiently manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, and app tickets, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with internal departments to facilitate issue resolution.
Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), have at least one year of relevant experience, and be fluent in English. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
The salary ranges from ₹10,442.63 to ₹28,814.49 per month, along with benefits such as a Provident Fund. Rotational shifts are available.
