Job Description:
- Handle parental seed production and paddy seed production.
- Conduct seed production research.
- Manage breeding nursery and assist the lead breeder in selection.
- Organize land and infrastructure for breeding operations.
- Plan labor and ensure a regular flow of labor arrangements.
Skills Set:
- Practical knowledge in crop agronomy including disease and pest management.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT, and email communication.
- High competency in MS Office.
- Excellent critical evaluation skills.
