We are seeking a confident Telecaller – Admission Counselor to join our dynamic team. This role primarily involves making outbound calls to prospective students, offering course details, and facilitating the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to prospective students.
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain an organized database of prospective students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+2; Graduation is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
