Job Description
We are seeking a qualified IT Support Specialist to join our team. Key responsibilities include: troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, providing technical support to users, installing and configuring systems, and addressing network challenges. You will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, including monitoring computer systems, managing user accounts, ensuring data security, and overseeing IT assets. Additional duties involve procuring IT equipment, developing IT policies, training users, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining IT asset records.

Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month

Requirements
