Job Description
We are seeking a proactive CRM Executive (female candidates only) for our Palarivattom, Kochi office on a full-time, hybrid basis. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates (0–1 year) who will manage and update the CRM, maintain dashboards, analyze customer data, prepare performance reports, and support sales, marketing, and operations. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are required; familiarity with SQL or Power BI/Tableau is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Compensation: ₹15,00–₹25,00 per month.
