Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM IST (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK Time)

We are seeking skilled Customer Service Advisors to enhance our UK eCommerce operations. Key responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries via email and phone, processing orders through Shopify, and managing internal tracking systems efficiently.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in BPO or eCommerce customer service
- Familiarity with Freshdesk or Zendesk
- Excellent communication skills in English
Salary: ₹360,00.00 – ₹420,00.00 per year
