Job Description
Pinnacle Montessori Franchise Company is seeking a motivated Construction Administrator with an architectural background to join our growing real estate franchise remotely. The role will coordinate engineers, municipal authorities, and the Project Manager to drive permitting and schedules; assist construction managers and engineers with design reviews and revisions; support city and lender submissions; update owners on progress; and provide assistance to subcontractors and general contractors as needed.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, familiarity with Google Workspace, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Preferred: 3+ years of construction experience. Full-time. Compensation: ₹60,00–70,00 per month.
