We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Officer responsible for driving secondary sales and merchandising by building long-term relationships with retailers. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC sectors, preferably in channel management. Key skills include product understanding, negotiation, distributor management, and local geographical knowledge with fluency in the local language. This position will report to the Sales Officer and collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as Marketing and Supply Chain, as well as external stakeholders like retailers and distributors.
