Job Description
Full-time, execution-focused role responsible for end-to-end management of influencer campaigns: discovery, outreach, dispatch coordination, follow-ups, video/review collection, and reporting. This position demands strict discipline, accurate documentation, and measurable outcomes; it is not a creative or strategy role.
- Weekly targets: shortlist 90–150 creators; send 300+ outreach messages; convert 60–90 creators; collect 60–75 videos/reviews.
- Ensure 100% dispatch tracking, twice-daily Google Sheets updates, and daily EOD reports.
- Tools: Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, WhatsApp Business/Instagram DMs. Manage invoices, payments, and creator issue resolution with timely escalation.
Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits: cell phone and internet reimbursement. In-person role. English preferred.
