Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Audit & Compliance Coordinator to plan and coordinate internal and external audits, monitor regulatory and internal policy compliance, conduct risk assessments, prepare audit reports, and support remediation efforts. The role will maintain compliance documentation, develop control procedures, provide staff training, and liaise with regulators and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in audit or compliance
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; high attention to detail and integrity
- Proficiency with MS Office and audit software; ability to manage deadlines and work cross‑functionally
