Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Sales E-Commerce team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on Amazon Ads and Flipkart IRIS. You will analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and communicate performance metrics to stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on creative content and marketing strategies.
Desired qualifications include: an MBA in Marketing or a related field, 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and various ad tools, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
