Job Description
PradeepIT Consulting Services is on the lookout for a committed DCNOC Administrator to oversee round-the-clock monitoring of our infrastructure and application performance. In this role, the successful candidate will conduct regular health checks to ensure the reliability of IT services, manage scheduled maintenance activities, and handle alert blackout requests. You will collaborate with the IT Incident Management team to efficiently address critical or high-severity alerts and restore services promptly. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Telecommunications, accompanied by 0-2 years of pertinent experience.
