Job Description
Pranera Textiles is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to enhance our workforce. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Recruiting labor, specifically targeting North and South Indian employees.
- Maintaining accurate records of leaves and absentees.
- Facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly within the Tirupur textiles industry, along with practical recruitment knowledge. Proficiency in system operations is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: ₹20,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
