Job Description
Preludesys is seeking an Executive – TA (Staffing) to play a crucial role in sourcing top IT talent for contract positions. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying qualified candidates on platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and various job portals.
- Conducting initial screening calls to assess candidates’ technical skills and behavioral fit.
- Coordinating interviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring timely hiring processes.
- Creating compelling job descriptions to attract qualified applicants.
- Developing a talent pipeline for recurring IT roles and maintaining a comprehensive recruitment tracker.
- Overseeing offer management, documentation, and onboarding procedures.
Applicants should possess at least 1 year of experience in IT Contract Staffing, strong sourcing capabilities, and familiarity with recruitment tools.
