Job Description
Prime Services Private Limited invites you to become a vital part of our dynamic team as an Outbound Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will engage in outbound calls to assist customers, address inquiries, and promote our diverse range of products and services. Key responsibilities include proficiently communicating in English, Bengali, and Hindi, effectively resolving customer concerns, generating leads, and accurately maintaining interaction records. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shifts available from Monday to Friday.
The salary for this position ranges from ₹12,00.00 to ₹20,00.00 per month, and we provide additional benefits such as a Provident Fund. We encourage both fresh graduates and seasoned professionals to apply.
