Job Description
Princeton IT America is looking for a committed Educational Counsellor to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess 1–2 years of experience, ideally within training institutes, coaching centers, or educational consultancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to students and parents regarding training programs and career paths.
- Handle student inquiries and conduct follow-ups.
- Assist with the admissions process and necessary documentation.
- Cultivate positive relationships with students.
- Collaborate with trainers and management to ensure smooth operational flow.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any field; Education or Psychology preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
