Job Description
A Private Limited Company in Chennai is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate on-site construction activities. Applicants must hold a Diploma (DCE) or BE and have a minimum of 2 years’ construction site experience.
- Responsible for general site supervision, manpower management, and planning/execution per approved methodology.
- Oversee high-end waterproofing, specialized civil and flooring works; basic knowledge of construction chemicals and waterproofing preferred.
- Full-time, permanent, in-person role at Chennai sites.
Salary: ₹23,00–₹28,00/month. Benefits include PF, ESI, TA, DA, mobile reimbursement, annual bonus, performance increments, and health insurance.
