Job Description
Proclivity Digitech Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time, on-site IT Dialer Technician to install, configure, and maintain dialer platforms (Vicidial, GoAutoDial, Asterisk), manage VoIP servers, SIP trunks, and international call routing, and provide daily dialer/IT support. Duties include troubleshooting network and CRM integration issues, optimizing campaigns, monitoring real-time metrics, documenting configurations, and coordinating telematics/ELD connectivity with operations.
- Required: 5+ years managing dialer systems, strong VoIP/SIP/IP telephony knowledge, Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu).
- Preferred: basic MySQL and firewall experience, excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be available for rotational 24×7 shifts. Salary: ₹28,00–30,00/month.
