Job Description
Prodapt is actively seeking motivated Project Coordinators with excellent communication and sales skills to enhance our Customer Chat Support Team in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.
In this role, you will address customer inquiries via chat, promote our products, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include team management, coaching, mentoring, and preparing weekly business reports. Candidates must hold a degree in any field, possess strong written communication skills, and demonstrate a sales aptitude. We are looking for individuals with 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or chat support, ideally within the Telecom Billing sector.
