Job Description
PUREVEDIC LIFE is thrilled to announce an opening for Telecallers to join our vibrant team. As a Telecaller Executive, your primary role will be to connect with potential patients, providing details about our Ayurvedic IVF treatments, and assisting them in scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients.
- Respond to incoming inquiries with accurate and helpful information.
- Keep detailed records of calls and follow up with patients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher.
- Prior experience in telecalling is preferred.
- Proficient in both Hindi and English.
Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹20,00 per month, plus performance incentives.
