Job Description
PVR Cinemas Ltd is seeking a dedicated Duty Officer to manage the daily operations of our multiplex cinema hall. Your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and security while addressing service issues and emergencies.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Operate cash registers and ticketing software for efficient ticket sales.
- Assist at the concession stand, preparing and serving food and drinks.
- Monitor auditoriums and address any disruptions.
- Ensure a safe environment by monitoring entrances and exits.
- Report maintenance issues and assist with routine cleaning.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
