Job Description
Quest Global is seeking a skilled GIS Technician with over 8 years of experience in GIS mapping for cross-country pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 2D and 3D mapping, cartography, and geodata management, specifically using Esri ArcGIS products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing historical repair information and ensuring data accuracy.
- Performing GIS data entry and managing documentation.
- Evaluating historical information against PODS data.
- Remedying missing or inaccurate information in PODS and other databases.
- Integrating data sources and preparing 3D maps using photogrammetry and mobile LiDAR.
