Job Description
RamMangal Heart Foundation is looking for a dedicated IT Support Officer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. You will monitor and maintain computer systems and networks while responding quickly to service issues and requests. Additional duties include providing technical support across the organization, setting up accounts for new employees, and repairing or replacing equipment as needed. Routine maintenance of internal services and ensuring the operation of landline systems and servers will also be part of your responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹30,00 – ₹40,00 per month
Benefits: Paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
Requirements
