Job Description
Rapid Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to enhance our IT team. In this role, you will primarily focus on generating and converting leads into valuable business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads.
- Follow up on inquiries and schedule meetings.
- Communicate IT services and products effectively to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams.
Required Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, basic IT knowledge, excellent interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in CRM systems.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; degrees in IT, Business, or Marketing are advantageous. Experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹30,00/month
