Job Description
RAPTEE ENERGY PVT LTD is looking for committed individuals to join our team as Service Information Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for providing precise information about our services, answering customer inquiries across various platforms, effectively resolving complaints, and managing customer transactions in line with our established procedures.
The ideal candidate will document customer interactions in our CRM system meticulously and collaborate with different departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Salary: ₹8,200.24 – ₹42,516.55 per month
