Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor – Tool Manufacturing to lead our tool room and oversee production of jigs, fixtures, dies, molds, and cutting tools. Responsibilities include allocating tasks; supervising CNC/VMC, milling, turning, grinding, EDM, and fitting operations; enforcing drawings and GD&T; implementing 5S/TPM and safety protocols; coordinating with design, production, quality, and maintenance; training and evaluating staff; reducing lead time, scrap and rework; and maintaining documentation.
- Qualifications: Diploma/BE/BTech in Mechanical or Tool & Die; 5–10 years in tool manufacturing (supervisory preferred); CNC and conventional machining experience; GD&T knowledge; strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Details: Full-time. Salary from ₹18,00/month. Work location: on the road.
