Job Description
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to develop effective, engaging learning experiences for corporate and online programs. The role requires curriculum design, multimedia content development, and application of adult learning principles to enhance learner outcomes.
- Conduct training needs analysis and write clear learning objectives and lesson plans.
- Design and produce e-learning modules and multimedia assets using authoring tools.
- Assess program effectiveness through evaluations, assessments, and learner feedback.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and developers to deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate); excellent communication and project management skills.
