Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and servicing on-grid solar PV systems
Preventive and corrective maintenance visits
Inverter diagnostics and fault resolution
Inspection of panels, DC/AC cabling, junction boxes, and earthing
Monitoring system performance via mobile/web applications
Use of tools: multi meter, clamp meter, insulation tester
Coordination with internal teams for escalations and spares
Maintaining service visit reports and customer records
Ensuring safety compliance and professional customer interaction

Required Skills & Knowledge

Basic understanding of solar PV systems (on-grid preferred)
Familiarity with inverters such as: Sungrow, Growatt, Fox, Enphase
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
Comfortable using Android smartphones and monitoring apps
Ability to work independently in field conditions

Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements

ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy (preferred)
Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
Willingness to travel across Kerala
