Roles and Responsibilities: As a Relationship Officer, you will coordinate project management activities, engage with clients, manage quotes, and oversee production processes. You’ll be responsible for quality checks, delivery confirmations, and swift resolution of client issues. Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly and quarterly client reports.

Skills & Qualifications: A degree in Business or Project Management and strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
