As a GST Junior Associate, you will assist in various GST-related tasks, including compliance, documentation, and reporting. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge and skills in the field of taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
• Support the team in ensuring compliance with GST laws and regulations.
• Help in the reconciliation of GST-related accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, returns, and other supporting documents related to GST.
• Participate in the GST registration process for clients and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Conduct research on GST-related issues and stay updated with changes in legislation.
• Assist in internal audits and provide necessary documentation during external audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless GST compliance across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field .
• Basic understanding of GST .
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
