Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Inventory & Resource Management: Maintain adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and equipment.Monitor equipment functioning and raise service requests when needed.Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources and minimize wastage.

6. Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain all unit reports, registers, incident logs, and compliance records.Support in onboarding, orientation, and mentoring of new nursing staff.Ensure adherence to hospital policies regarding safety, security, and patient rights.Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Nursing Manager.
