This full-time, in-person position is responsible for supervising daily construction activities, managing labor forces, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing quality and safety standards, maintaining accurate project documentation, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Compensation: ₹10,000–₹17,000 per month.

The ideal candidate will have prior site supervision experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to workplace safety and workmanship quality.
