Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

• Manage orders and payment follow-ups from existing customers.
• Coordinate between clients and the business development team.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, order processing, and payment follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
