Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide patient counseling based on doctor’s reports.
• Coordinate with Consultant/Centre Head daily about surgery advice.
• Maintain checklists and detailed patient reports.
• Explain procedure tariffs and investigate billing with TPA/Insurance.
• Conduct tele-calling and follow up with patients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Benefits: Leave encashment, Provident Fund
