Job Description
Renovolt Smart Solutions is looking for a Customer Relations Executive to handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries and online leads. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs and recommending on‑grid, hybrid or off‑grid solar solutions; coordinating with technical, installation and finance teams; preparing quotations, proposals and technical brochures; and managing follow‑ups.
Female candidates with a degree or diploma, fluency in Malayalam, strong customer‑service skills, basic MS Office proficiency and a foundational understanding of solar technology (training provided) are encouraged to apply. Freshers (0–1 year) are welcome. This is a full‑time, in‑person role. Salary starts at INR 10,00 per month plus incentives.
