Job Description
Rhythm Kumarakom is looking for a passionate Guest Relation Executive to elevate our guests’ experiences. The successful candidate will warmly greet guests, assist with the check-in and check-out process, and provide valuable information about our hotel amenities and nearby attractions.
Key responsibilities include maintaining guest records, managing VIP guests, and ensuring adherence to hotel quality standards. We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and fresh graduates.
