Job Description
Rihash Enterprises is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our dedicated team. Ideal candidates should possess exceptional English communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a strong customer-first mindset. In this role, you will manage inbound calls to address customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests, ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication.
We offer a five-day work week and transportation facilities for odd hours. This full-time, permanent position is open to freshers, with a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and a provident fund.
