Job Description

Rodamine Apparels is actively seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations at local, state, and national levels within our garment manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will conduct regular safety inspections, develop training programs for staff, and lead thorough investigations into any workplace incidents. Additional responsibilities include maintaining safety equipment, implementing emergency response plans, and meticulously recording all safety-related activities.

The suitable candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, relevant certifications, a solid understanding of Tamil Nadu’s safety laws, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in safety management, particularly within the garment industry, is highly desirable.
