Job Description
Royal Enfield (Roverz Motors) in Alappuzha seeks a dedicated Floor Incharge for the Service Department. This full-time, on-site role oversees daily workshop operations, including job card management, technician assignment and supervision, progress and quality monitoring, and timely vehicle delivery.
- Communicate service updates to customers and assist in resolving complaints.
- Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety, and report daily status to the Service Manager.
- Requirements: Plus Two minimum or Diploma (Automobile preferred); 1–3 years’ experience preferred.
- Skills: strong communication and coordination, workflow management, basic two-wheeler technical knowledge preferred, professional customer handling, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
