Job Description

Royal Trading Co. is actively seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Unit Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our Tailoring, Alteration, and Handwork department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work and timely fulfillment of customer requests, while fostering seamless communication between our sales and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delegate work assignments among team members
• Oversee quality control and monitor project progress
• Manage inventory levels and address team concerns
• Train new employees and ensure workspace cleanliness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: ₹18,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month

Benefits: Meals provided, Provident Fund, Overtime pay

Work Location: On-site

Requirements

• Physically and Mentally Healthy
