Job Description
We are seeking experienced Bench Sales Recruiters with 4-6 years of experience to manage the full recruitment cycle for IT consultants at RSA Tech. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the IT services industry, and experience managing the bench.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bench sales recruitment from sourcing job requirements to placing consultants.
- Market IT Bench Consultants (H1B’s, OPT’s) to primary vendors or direct clients.
- Identify relevant job opportunities on various portals.
- Negotiate rates with vendors effectively.
- Maintain excellent communication with candidates and clients.
