Job Description
Rubber World is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead and manage our production operations within our manufacturing facility. This pivotal leadership role is crucial for ensuring optimal efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and supervise the production team to maximize output.
- Create and manage effective production schedules while allocating resources efficiently.
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements.
- Keep precise production records and manage resource allocation effectively.
Shift: 8 AM to 8 PM (12-hour shift)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Location: Changanacherry, Kerala (in-person)
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
